Initially, the successful candidate will work alongside the M.D. to learn the TrailerTek way of doing things, but, for the right person, there is a real possibility of moving into a General Manager role.

The ideal candidate will know the trailer business, from time spent in either a manufacturer or a distributor, and he or she will be expected to be "hands-on", doing whatever the business requires, ranging from servicing through to handling parts orders, and selling in the showroom. TrailerTek has a total commitment to customer service so attitude and communication skills are key attributes required.
