Tourer Techs Caravan Services Ltd is a family-run, award-winning caravan and motorhome servicing and repair centre based in Somerset. Founded in 2016 by husband-and-wife team Jenny and Lee Fitzgerald, the business has grown from a single mobile van into a multi-bay workshop and mobile service fleet supporting customers across the South West.

As members of the National Trailer & Towing Association (NTTA), the National Caravan Council Approved Workshop Scheme (AWS), and NTTA Quality Secured accreditation, we are committed to maintaining the highest industry standards in safety, workmanship, and customer care. The NTTA is the UK’s main body representing the light towing industry and sets recognised standards for technician training and workshop practice.

At Tourer Techs, engineering excellence and honest advice are at the heart of everything we do. Lee, our Chief Engineer, leads a highly trained team specialising in caravan and motorhome servicing, towing equipment, accessory installation, diagnostics, and repairs. From routine servicing to advanced upgrades such as air-suspension, hydraulic levelling, and air-conditioning systems, we aim to keep customers touring safely and comfortably.

We’re proud to be a true family business. Our six children and our mascot dog Skye are often part of shows, charity events, and community projects. We believe caravanning is about people and memories as much as vehicles, which is why we support local causes and host events like our Summer Sizzler charity day for The Grand Appeal.
